For wings and things, you can’t go wrong at San Antone, Crown Casino.  On Whiteman St, the Crown’s San Antone, run by Kevin Bludso (yes the same Kevin Bludso of iconic Bludso’s BBQ), who brings all the great BBQ flavor to San Antone.

You’ll be saying Howdy Pardner, like a true Texan, by the end of the night.  Famous for is for wings and all the associated fare:  plenty of dipping sauces and French fries.  Sundays feature a seafood buffet that is hard to say no to. Inspired by legendary executive chef Toar Christopher, Gaijin’s staff looks to expand on traditional Japanese favorites, offering up a contemporary take on delicious food.  A full menu is available but it’s hard to beat the all-you-can-eat sushi buffet.  If you’ve never been to Gaijin, you’ve never experienced Japanese cuisine with a modern twist!

If you’re looking for high quality Australian Wagyu beef, then look no further than Takumi.  Takumi is quickly becoming one of Melbourne’s top restaurants for Japanese cuisine and after one visit, you’ll understand why.

All the usual suspects are available at this all you can eat establishment, including Wagyu beef tataki, salmon carpaccio, oyster blades, prawns, scallops…too much to list in fact.  There’s also a wide variety of authentic sakes, shochu and an extensive wine list.

This all you can eat buffet will set you back anywhere from $55 (4 pieces of Wagyu + other meats) to $99 (for 12 pieces of Wagyu + other meats and ice tea / coke / lemonade included). For another $29.90 enjoy unlimited beer / wine / sake or $39.90 for cocktails including the appropriately themed Tokyo Princess / Shiba Dog / Yuzu Lemonade.

China Bar Signature’s claim to fame is being Melbourne’s largest Asian buffet.  Think that is the only reason to visit?  Think again!  A welcoming atmosphere that is sure to add to the pleasurable dining experience, the wait staff is touted for their attentiveness as well as their friendliness.
