This is one of our favourite places to stay in the Blue Mountains as it simply has the most amazing views ever, over the Jamison Valley towards the Southern Highlands.
One of the highlights of this accommodation is that it is located at the start of the Blue Mountains’ rainforest and waterfall bushwalks.
If you are looking for hotels in the Blue Mountains with hot tub spas in room this is also a good choice as all rooms come with a balcony, air conditioning and a large spa bath.
The accommodation is also in great proximity to explore everything the Blue Mountains National Park has to offer as it is 15 minutes’ drive from Katoomba Scenic World and the Three Sisters.

While we are on the topic, don’t miss an opportunity to dine at the incredible restaurant as it showcases produce from the surrounding area.

Fairmont Resort & Spa Blue Mountains MGallery by Sofitel is one of the best Blue Mountains Hotels with a view to stay at. Located in the heart of the mountains overlooking the incredible Jamison Valley, this is a great place to stay on a honeymoon or special occasion.
What we love about this resort is how much there is to do there including 2 swimming pools, 9.5 hectares of gardens, a fitness centre, a day spa and a tennis court. It is also in a really great location to explore all the area has to offer being 5-minutes’ drive from Leura Village and within 10-minutes’ drive from both Wentworth Falls and the Three Sisters. If you love a game of golf on holidays, the Leura Golf Club is literally a hop, skip and a jump away.
Make sure you book a valley view room at the resort as some rooms face the valley while others face the pool and gardens.

Emirates One & Only Wolgan Valley – an all inclusive Blue Mountains Hotel with a View
This place has consistently good reviews and there is really no surprise for its 9/10 rating – this place is just so cook and woke.
One&Only Wolgan Valley is an environmentally hotel with each of its insane luxury villas built in a sustainable way. That does not however mean they are not insanely luxurious each boasting a private swimming pool, a double-sided fireplace, and a deck with insane views over the valley!
The reason why the country views are so special here is due to the fact that it is situated on a 7000-acre wildlife reserve. This also means that guests have the opportunity to do a large range of fun country activities while they are there including horse riding, nature walks, mountain biking and four-wheel-drive safaris.
If you don’t want to go out, there is great dining available for your convenience at the hotel including the Wolgan Dining Room with beautiful views of the valley, The Country Kitchen which serves up more casual style dining, and the Valley Bar and Terrace.

An amazing place to stay to say the very least. If you prefer more quaint, countryside accommodation in the Blue Mounatins with more of a personal touch than a large resort feel, the Eagle View Escape is your choice.
This stunning retreat is set on 100 acres of countryside with views to die for. The boutique accommodation is all self catered so you have a kitchen with hot tops if you want to cook along with a private hot tub and a balcony with river or lake views.
The retreat is in a good spot with only a 10-minute walk to Lake Lyell and 30 minutes’ drive from The Blue Mountains.

Hotel Mountain Heritage Blue Mountains – Best Blue mountains accomodation with fireplace and views
We really love this place as it provides affordable luxury accommodation in the Blue Mountains, only setting guests back $200-$300 a night, depending on the season. For this price, it still offers panoramic views of the World Heritage Blue Mountains.
It is also in a great location to explore all the Blue Mountains has to offer being only 300 m from the heart of Katoomba’s town centre.
Each of the rooms has a lot of character being decorated with bespoke collector furniture crafted from imported British Columbia. If you are visiting on a honeymoon or special occasion we would recommend booking a room with a flame fireplace. Also, not all rooms include a view so make sure you book one that does if you want one!
As the rate is more affordable, breakfast comes at an additional cost but it is well reviewed and includes bread, pastries, cereal, cold meat, cheeses, yogurt, fresh fruit, tea and coffee. There is also a restaurant at the hotel with an awesome view.
While there are no golf courses directly located at the hotel, there are 3 golf courses to choose from, all within less than a 20-minute drive of the hotel.

The following are a few bonus hotels we found with views. While they are only rated 4 star hotels, they still provide luxury and views so are worthwhile to check out.
Echoes Boutique Hotel & Restaurant
If you want boutique style luxury accommodation in the Blue Mountains with views which is not insanely expensive, this is a good choice. Some of the rooms at this hotel offer a private balcony with panoramic views of the UNESCO World Heritage listed Blue Mountains National Park. It is also just 5 minutes’ walk from the world-famous Three Sisters.
Interestingly, if you want to have 5 star facilities without paying a 5 star price tag this could be a good choice as guests have access to the 5-star facilities of the award winning Lilianfels, mentioned above while staying at this hotel.

Hydro Majestic Blue Mountains
This is a very interesting place to stay as it doesn’t really look like a hotel you would normally see in Australia. It is decorated in a cool art deco theme which we love.
There is also great dining offers at the hotel which offers awesome views of the Megalong Valley. If you want to have a hotel room with a view, make sure you book one of this kind, as not all rooms include views.
